Shipping Areas

Healing Habits delivers throughout South Africa through reputable courier partners selected by Healing Habits.

Delivery to certain remote or outlying areas may require additional transit time.

 

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within **1–4 business days** after payment has been received and cleared.

Many of our products are carefully packed and prepared from our Northern Cape premises, and processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volumes.

During promotional periods, holidays, peak seasons, or when orders contain freshly prepared products, processing may take slightly longer.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Healing Habits reserves the right to delay dispatch where products are temporarily unavailable, require special preparation, or where circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect operations.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

* Main Centres: 2–5 business days
* Regional Areas: 3–7 business days
* Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, destination, weather conditions, public holidays, peak periods, and other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Healing Habits shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional courier charges or losses arising from incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer.

 

Risk and Ownership

Ownership of the goods passes to the customer once full payment has been received.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address supplied by the customer.

 

Delivery of Perishable Products

Certain products may require refrigeration or special handling.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery and promptly store products according to the instructions provided.

Because certain products sold by Healing Habits are temperature-sensitive, customers are encouraged to select a delivery address where parcels can be received promptly during business hours.

Healing Habits cannot accept responsibility for deterioration resulting from delayed collection, unattended deliveries, incorrect storage, exposure to heat after delivery, or failure to refrigerate products where required.

Healing Habits cannot be held responsible for spoilage or deterioration resulting from parcels left unattended after delivery has been completed.

 

Courier Delays

Healing Habits shall not be liable for delays caused by:

* Courier disruptions
* Extreme weather conditions
* Road closures
* Strikes
* Public emergencies
* Events beyond our reasonable control

 

Damaged Deliveries

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, customers should:

* Photograph the package before opening it.
* Photograph any damaged products.
* Notify Healing Habits within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage within this period may affect our ability to process a claim with the courier.

 

Tracking Information

Where available, customers will receive courier tracking information once an order has been dispatched.
